Popular community choir, The Dawn Chorus, will be appearing at Bennett’s Diamond Jubilee Tea Dance, on Sunday 27th May, between 4pm and 7pm, at the Mount Avenue Banqueting Suite, Mount Avenue, Shenfield, CM13 2NS. The fundraising Tea Dance has been organised by Bennett’s Funerals Brentwood.
The scheme is part of the successful countywide Essex Summer of Art programme; a cultural tourism project involving 19 art trails inspired by the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games. This year, the Brentwood Art Trail will be focused on the themes of the Olympics.
The Olympic Torch Relay provides a fantastic opportunity for everyone in the borough to be involved in the Olympics and welcome the Olympic Flame to their street, celebrate the achievements of the Torchbearers and share in the excitement the Olympic Torch Relay. It will be a spectacle not to be missed!
